Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed the 2021-2022 Collective Bargaining Agreement between Lewis County and the Association of Lewis County Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, representing the Prosecuting Attorney Deputies; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of the said Collective Bargaining Agreement for Lewis County.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Collective Bargaining Agreement between Lewis County and the Association of the Lewis County Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys represented by the Prosecuting Attorney Deputies is hereby approved and the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to sign the same.
