Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed the 2020-2022 Collective Bargaining Agreement between Lewis County and the Corrections Deputies Guild, representing the Sheriff’s Office Corrections Deputies; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of the said Collective Bargaining Agreement for Lewis County.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Collective Bargaining Agreement between Lewis County and the Lewis County Corrections Deputies represented by the Corrections Deputies Guild is hereby approved and the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to sign the same.
