Summary:

Borovec Road MP 0.032 at Berwick Creek requires a fish passage culvert. The project will require additional right of way from two property owners. This resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire the necessary right of way from two property owners along Borovec Road for the project. All such acquisition shall be in accordance with adopted procedures per Resolution 20-149.

Resolution

WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on Borovec Road MP 0.032 at Berwick Creek; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require additional road right of way from two adjacent property owners; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement is necessary for fish habitat and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire additional road right of way as shown on the attached Exhibit from two property owners along Borovec Road for the project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Road Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the culvert replacement project on Borovec Road in Sections 10 and 15, Township 13 North, Range 2 West, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
