Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County is committed to recruiting and maintaining qualified Public Defenders; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County recognizes that revisions and updates of the current contract will be necessary from time to time; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of Lewis County to approve the update to the Lewis County Public Defender Contracts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners approves the Lewis County Public Defender Contracts attached hereto and incorporated herein.
