Summary:

This amendment between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises is to correct Exhibit B on contract R01-0113-20.  That agreement incorrectly listed funding of $150,000 instead of the correct amount of $66,000.  These services are part of Lewis County Public Health & Social Services five-year housing and homeless strategic plan to reduce the number of unhoused persons in Lewis County.

Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Agreement #R01-0113-20-A with Reliable Enterprises to correct funding amount listed in Exhibit B, which was approved by Resolution #20-434 on November 30, 2020; and

WHEREAS, Resolution #20-434 had the incorrect amount listed in Exhibit B as $150,000, which needs to be corrected to $66,000 as provided for the period on November 1, 2020, through June 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement #R01-0113-20-A between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide funds to be used for case management services changes the amount listed in Exhibit B on Resolution #20-434 from $150,000 to $66,000 from November 1, 2020, through June 30, 2022, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
