Resolution
APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT B BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed contract Amendment B between Lewis County and Housing Resource Center, #H02-0066-20-B; and
WHEREAS, additional funding is available in the amount of $545,683 for a total of $986,817.32 to provide rental assistance services for homeless persons in Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, the agreement will be extended through June 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that amendment #H02-0066-20-B between Lewis County and Housing Resource Center adding $545,683 for a total of $986,817.32 effective through June 30, 2021, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
