WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) may appoint six representatives to the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA) Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County's representatives can serve up to three consecutive two-year terms on the Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC recently learned that Charlene Woodring, whose term was set to expire Dec. 31, 2020, has stepped down; and

WHEREAS, Heidi Buswell has expressed a willingness to serve on the Advisory Council.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Heidi Buswell be appointed to fill the remainder of Charlene Woodring's term, which expires Dec. 31, 2020.
