Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Agreement, #R01-0113-20, with Reliable Enterprises to provide funds for case management services to persons residing in Reliable Enterprises properties as part of Lewis County’s five-year housing and homeless strategic plan; and

WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $66,000 is provided for the period of November 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement, #R01-0113-20 between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide funds to be used for case management services in the amount of $66,000 from November 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022 is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
