Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Agreement, #H02-0111-20, with Housing Resource Center (HRC) to provide funds for emergency shelter services as part of Lewis County’s five-year housing and homeless strategic plan; and

WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $199,000 is provided for the period of November 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement, #H02-0111-20 between Lewis County and HRC to provide funds to be used for emergency shelter services in the amount of $199,000 from November 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022 is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
