WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued September 29, 2020, for the Townsend Bridge No. 223 Replacement Project, Federal Aid Project No. BROS-2021(056), F.A. Agreement No. TA-6340, County Road Project No. 2186; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from the contractors as follows

WHEREAS, SB Structures, LLC. provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $843,781.30 for the Townsend Bridge No. 223 Replacement Project, Federal Aid Project No. BROS-2021(056), F.A. Agreement No. TA-6340, County Road Project No. 2186.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Townsend Bridge No. 223 Replacement Project, Federal Aid Project No. BROS-2021(056), F.A. Agreement No. TA-6340, County Road Project No. 2186 shall be awarded to SB Structures, LLC. in the amount of $843,781.30 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
