Resolution
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN NORTHWEST PEDIATRIC CENTER AND LEWIS COUNTY TO PROVIDE COVID-19 TESTING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Memorandum of Understanding #NWPC2020, between Lewis County and Northwest Pediatric Center to plan, coordinate, and provide COVID-19 testing for Lewis County residents who are under or uninsured; and
WHEREAS, this is effective September 12, 2020, through December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, funding will not exceed $100,000; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Memorandum of Understanding #NWPC2020 between Northwest Pediatric Center and Lewis County in the amount of $100,000 from September 12, 2020, through December 31, 2020, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
