Resolution
APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND LEWIS COUNTY WORK OPPORTUNITIES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Contract #L01-0089-20 with Lewis County Work Opportunities to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities for Individual Employment and Community Inclusion services; and
WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $57,000 through the State Developmental Disabilities Administration is provided for the period of July 1, 2020, through December 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Professional Services Contract #L01-0089-20 between Lewis County and Lewis County Work Opportunities to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities for Individual Employment and Community Inclusion services in the amount of $57,000 from July 1, 2020, through December 30, 2020, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
