APPROVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND RELIABLE ENTERPRISES TO PROVIDE FUNDS THROUGH DDA IN THE AMOUNT OF $278,051
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Agreement, #R01-0091-20, with Reliable Enterprises to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities for Individual Employment, Community Inclusion, and Job Foundations; and
WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $278,051 through the State Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is provided for the period of July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement, #R01-0091-20 between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities for Individual Employment, Community Inclusion, and Job Foundations in the amount of $278,051 from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
