Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed amendment #C06-0056-20-B between Lewis County and Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason, & Thurston Counties; and

WHEREAS, additional funding of $43,000 from Document Recording Fee funds (2163) to provide targeted services to homeless and at-risk persons in Lewis County for a total of $237,661; and

WHEREAS, this contract shall be extended through October 31, 2020; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract amendment #C06-0056-20-B between Lewis County and Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason, & Thurston Counties for $43,000 and extended from January 1, 2019, through October 31, 2020, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
