Summary:

On April 6, 2020, the Board approved a contract with WSU on WSU's representation that it agreed with the terms.  WSU subsequently sought two minor modifications.  This addendum implements the April 6 contract with those modifications.

Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approved and entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Washington State University Extension on April 6, 2020, upon representations by WSU that WSU agreed to the terms; and

WHEREAS, WSU subsequently sought two minor modifications of the terms based on delays related to circumstances surrounding COVID-19; and

WHEREAS, an Addendum to the Memorandum of Agreement has been prepared to make the requested modifications; and

WHEREAS, approving the Addendum appears to be in the public interest.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the aforesaid Addendum to the Memorandum of Agreement is hereby approved and a representative of the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to sign the same.
