WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 20-092, a call for bids was issued March 16, 2020 for the Snyder Rd. MP 0.20 Culvert Replacement Project, SM 90-15F721210020, (FEMA No. PA-10-WA-4253-PW-00112); and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Sterling Breen Crushing, Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $452,329.00 for the Snyder Rd. MP 0.20 Culvert Replacement Project, SM 90-15F721210020, (FEMA No. PA-10-WA-4253-PW-00112).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Snyder Rd. MP 0.20 Culvert Replacement Project, SM 90-15F721210020, (FEMA No. PA-10-WA-4253-PW-00112) shall be awarded to Sterling Breen Crushing, Inc. in the amount of $452,329.00 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC..
