Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County established a petty cash fund in the amount of $100 in Human Resources via Resolution No. 24-147 to provide cash for making change to public disclosure request (PDR) customers; and

WHEREAS, Human Resources has determined that the petty cash fund is no longer needed because public disclosure requests have been moved to the Prosecutor’s Office.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the petty cash fund established by Resolution No. 24-147, currently in the control of Human Resources, will be dissolved and the $100.00 contained in this fund will be returned for deposit at the Lewis County Treasurer’s Office into the General Fund.
