Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County established a petty cash fund in the amount of $100 for the Lewis County Assessor's Office via Resolution Nos. 80-435 and 16-262 to provide cash for making change to customers; and

WHEREAS, the Assessor's Office has determined these funds are no longer needed.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the petty cash fund established by Resolution Nos. 80-435 and 16-262, currently in the control of the Assessor's Office, will be dissolved and the $100.00 contained in this fund will be returned for deposit at the Lewis County Treasurer’s Office into the General Fund.
