Resolution

WHEREAS, RCW 70A.205.110 provides for the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to appoint a committee to advise the BOCC on solid waste matters; and

WHEREAS, Ray Chapman-Wilson, City of Centralia Councilman, will represent the elected public official component required by RCW 70A.205.110; and

WHEREAS, David Antilla, citizen of Ethel, will represent the business component required by RCW 70A.205.110; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to appoint Ray Chapman-Wilson and David Antilla as new members.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following individuals are herby appointed to the Lewis County Solid Waste Advisory Committee representing the elected public official perspective and the business perspective effective immediately for the term indicated below:
