Resolution
APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND ESD 113
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed the Professional Services Contract, #E01-0081-20, between Lewis County and ESD 113 (Capital Region Educational District) for the period of January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $90,074 is available from the .1 of 1% Sales and Use Tax imposed by the adoption of Ordinance 1224 on June 20, 2011; and
WHEREAS, this contract will provide a Student Assistance Navigator who will provide coordination of care for youth and their families; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Professional Services Contract between Lewis County and ESD 113 for $90,074 from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020 is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
