WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) formalized creation of the Capital Facilities Planning Committee via Resolution 10-115 on May 3, 2010; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to rescind Resolution 10-115 in its entirety and update and formalize a new voting membership of the committee as recommended by the current Capital Facilities Planning Committee membership, to reflect those staff members involved in the planning, financing, execution and oversight of capital projects and other Capital Facilities Planning Committee tasks for the County, currently and in the future.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that Resolution No. 10-115 is hereby rescinded in its entirety, and that the voting membership of the Capital Facilities Planning Committee shall consist of individuals serving in the following positions (or their designees):

1. Lewis County Commissioner Chair
2. County Manager
3. Capital Infrastructure Specialist
4. Facilities Director
5. Treasurer
6. Chief Accountant (Auditor’s Office)
7. Budget/Risk Director
8. Information Technology Director
