Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners has reviewed a proposed collective bargaining agreement between Lewis County and the Prosecuting Attorney's Office clerical group; and

WHEREAS, the agreement establishes wages, hours, and working conditions for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028, and it appears to be in the best interest of Lewis County and its employees to authorize its execution.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the collective bargaining agreement Appendix 102, attached hereto as Exhibit A, with Teamsters Local #252, representing Lewis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office Clerical Group, effective January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028.
