Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners has reviewed a proposed collective bargaining agreement between Lewis County and the Combined group; and

WHEREAS, the agreement establishes wages, hours, and working conditions for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028, and it appears to be in the best interest of Lewis County and its employees to authorize its execution.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the collective bargaining agreement Appendix 101, attached hereto as Exhibit A, with Teamsters Local #252, representing Lewis County Combined Group, effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028.
