Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) may appoint six representatives to the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA) Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County's representatives can serve up to three consecutive two-year terms on the Advisory Council, and former members are eligible to serve again after a one-year absence; and

WHEREAS, Greg Rohr, whom the BOCC appointed to the LMTAAA via Resolution 25-106, has resigned, leaving a vacancy; and

WHEREAS, Maree Lerchen of Centralia has expressed an interested in serving on the LMTAAA; and

WHEREAS, it is in the best public interest to appoint qualified individuals to the LMTAAA Advisory Council.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby appoints Maree Lerchen to the LMTAAA Advisory Council, effective immediately, to fill the remainder of Greg Rohr's unexpired term as follows:
