TRAFFIC ORDINANCE NO. 225 - AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE MAXIMUM SPEED AT WHICH VEHICLES MAY BE OPERATED OVER CERTAIN ROADS IN LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON: DEFINING OFFENSES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that the attached Traffic Ordinance No. 225 be enacted as ordained by the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners, after a public hearing was held providing an opportunity for any person to appear and be heard, either for or against adoption of Traffic Ordinance No. 225. The public hearing was held March 17, 2026, pursuant to notice published in The Chronicle on March 5, 2026.
