Resolution

WHEREAS, after identifying a need to renovate the Public Health and Social Services water lab, Lewis County issued a request for proposals for the water lab renovation project via Resolution 25-352 on Dec. 9, 2025; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County received two proposals in advance of the Jan. 6, 2026, deadline; and

WHEREAS, upon review of the proposals, Lewis County has decided the proposed costs of the project outweigh the potential benefits; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County feels it is in the public's best interest to reject all proposals for the water lab renovation project, project No. 31-2524.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED Lewis County hereby rejects all proposals for the water lab renovation project, project No. 31-2524.
