WHEREAS, Lewis County issued a call for bids for the Meade Hill Road MP 0.77 to MP 0.815 Slide Repair Project, 90-21F75451000077, in Lewis County on December 18, 2025; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations were submitted on January 22, 2026, as follows:

WHEREAS, P&A Civil LLC provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $1,497,504.00 for the Meade Hill Road MP 0.77 to MP 0.815 Slide Repair Project, 90-21F75451000077.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Meade Hill Road MP 0.77 to MP 0.815 Slide Repair Project, 90-21F75451000077, shall be awarded to P&A Civil LLC in the amount of $1,497,504.00, including sales tax, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency Public Assistance Program. Upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
