Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with Lewis County Deputies Guild; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of the CBA, attached hereto as Exhibit A.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby approves the Lewis County Deputies Guild, effective Dec. 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.
