Resolution

WHEREAS, RCW 70A.205.110 provides for the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to appoint a committee to advise the BOCC on solid waste matters; and

WHEREAS, Samuel Schellenger, City of Mossyrock Councilman, will represent the elected public official component required by RCW 70A.205.110; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to appoint Samuel Schellenger as a new member.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Solid Waste Advisory Committee representing the elected public official perspective effective immediately for the term indicated below:
