Resolution
APPROVE A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH TEAMSTERS 252, REPRESENTING THE SHERIFF'S OPERATIONS SERGEANTS GROUP, EFFECTIVE NOV. 1, 2025, THROUGH DEC. 31, 2028
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with Teamsters 252, representing the Sheriff's Operations Sergeants Group; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of the CBA, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby approves the CBA with Teamsters 252, representing the Sheriff's Operations Sergeants Group, effective Nov. 1, 2025, through December 31, 2028.
