APPOINT SANDRA WING TO THE PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT (PFD) BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) created the Lewis County Public Facilities District (PFD) pursuant to RCWs 36.100 and 82.14.390 via Resolution 07-247 on Aug. 13, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC appointed the initial Board of Directors via Resolution 07-248 on Aug. 13, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the untimely death of PFD Director Tom Crowson has created a vacancy on the PFD; and
WHEREAS, Sandra Wing, who resides in Commissioner District 3, has expressed a willingness and desire to serve on the PFD Board of Directors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby appoints Sandra Wing to the PFD Board of Directors to serve the remainder of Tom Crowson's unexpired four-year term through August 31, 2027.
