LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR FOR ONE OR MORE SUV PURSUIT-RATED VEHICLES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 25-192, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) issued a call for bids for the purchase of one or more SUV pursuit-rated vehicles; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations (per vehicle) have been submitted by contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, I-5 Dodge provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $44,584.43 per vehicle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a contract for the purchase of one or more SUV pursuit-rated vehicles shall be awarded to I-5 Dodge in Chehalis, Washington, in the amount of $44,584.43 per vehicle. Upon presentation of a contract acceptable to the BOCC, the Director of Public Works (or his designee) is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
