WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued June 25, 2025, for the Sargent Road MP 1.33 Bridge Scour Repair, CRP 2159N, F.A. Project NO. BHOS-2021 (070); and
WHEREAS, bid quotations were submitted by contractors on July 10, 2025, as follows:

WHEREAS, Tapani Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid quote for Sargent Road MP 1.33 Bridge Scour Repair, CRP 2159N, F.A. Project NO. BHOS-2021 (070).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Sargent Road MP 1.33 Bridge Scour Repair, CRP 2159N, F.A. Project NO. BHOS-2021 (070) shall be awarded to Tapani, Inc. in the amount of $527,125.00. Upon presentation of a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
