Wording/In the matter of:

TRAFFIC ORDINANCE NO. 223 - AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE MAXIMUM SPEED AT WHICH VEHICLES MAY BE OPERATED OVER CERTAIN ROADS IN LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON: DEFINING OFFENSES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF

Ordinance Number: Traffic Ord. 223

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that the attached Traffic Ordinance No. 223 be enacted as ordained by the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners, after a public hearing was held providing an opportunity for any person to appear and be heard, either for or against adoption of Traffic Ordinance No. 223. The public hearing was held August 5, 2025, pursuant to notice published in The Chronicle on July 24, 2025.
