APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH ANTIQUITY CONSULTING LLC FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO THE SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON FAIRGROUNDS PROJECT
WHEREAS, a professional archaeological monitoring plan is required for the project to safeguard any cultural or historic resources that may accidentally be discovered during work at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public's best interest to amend the contract with Antiquity Consulting LLC for archaeological monitoring services for this project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby approved the professional services contract amendment with Antiquity Consulting LLC for consulting services related to the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds project in the amount of $86,703.04, and the County Manager is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
