WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) may appoint six representatives to the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA) Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County's representatives can serve up to three consecutive two-year terms on the Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Deborah Mizner's second term on the Advisory Council expired Dec. 31, 2019, and Elizabeth Hicker's first term on the Advisory Council expired Dec. 31, 2019; and

WHEREAS, Deborah Mizner and Elizabeth Hicker have expressed a willingness to serve another term on the Advisory Council.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Deborah Mizner be reappointed for a third and final term to expire Dec. 31, 2021, and Elizabeth Hicker be reappointed for a second term to expire Dec. 31, 2021.
