A call for bids for the Van Ornum Creek @ Bunker Creek Road MP 2.681 Culvert Removal,  F.A. PROTECT-21AD(001), CMP-1610 was issued on May 7, 2025. Public Works received three responsive bids on May 29, 2025.  The engineer's estimate is $1,883,676.80.

Public Works recommends awarding this project to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, Midway Underground LLC, Toledo, Washington

Resolution

WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued May 7, 2025, for the Van Ornum Creek @ Bunker Creek Road MP 2.681 Culvert Removal, F.A. PROTECT-21AD(001), CMP-1610; and

WHEREAS, bid quotations were submitted from the contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Midway Underground LLC provided the lowest responsive bid quote for the Van Ornum Creek @ Bunker Creek Road MP 2.681 Culvert Removal, F.A. PROTECT-21AD(001), CMP-1610.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Van Ornum Creek @ Bunker Creek Road MP 2.681 Culvert Removal, F.A. PROTECT-21AD(001), CMP-1610 shall be awarded to Midway Underground LLC in the amount of $2,108,853.75. Upon presentation of a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
