Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County Code 12.20 and RCW 36.55 require that all utility installations in county road rights of way be authorized by a franchise from Lewis County; and

WHEREAS, An application for a franchise has been received by the Board of County Commissioners from Woden LLC, to construct, operate and maintain telecommunications facilities in Lewis County rights of way ; and

WHEREAS, A hearing was set for February 24th, 2020, by Resolution No. 20-029 dated January 27th, 2020, and all required notices were given to the public.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to grant a franchise to Woden LLC, to construct, operate, and maintain telecommunications facilities in Lewis County rights of way.
