Resolution

WHEREAS, the Southwest Washington Fair Advisory Board consists of (7) members appointed by the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC); and

WHEREAS, the BOCC established the board via Resolution 08-295 and updated by its bylaws via Resolution 22-042; and

WHEREAS, the previously held terms are now expired and due for renewal; and

WHEREAS, Kendra Meek and Jerry Elliot have been expressed interest to continue their terms; and

WHEREAS, the Fair Advisory Board during its May meeting agreed to recommend the BOCC renew the terms for Kendra Meek and Jerry Elliot.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC herby reappoints Kendra Meek and Jerry Elliot to begin new four-year terms to extend to May 31, 2029.
