REAPPOINT ROSS PETERSEN TO THE PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT (PFD) BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) created the Lewis County Public Facilities District (PFD) pursuant to RCWs 36.100 and 82.14.390 via Resolution 07-247 on Aug. 13, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC appointed the initial Board of Directors via Resolution 07-248 on Aug. 13, 2007; and
WHEREAS, in 2020, the BOCC passed Resolution 20-186 to appoint Ross Petersen to fill an unexpired term ending April 1, 2021; and
WHEREAS, in 2021, the BOCC passed Resolution 21-124 to reappoint Ross Petersen to fill an additional term through April 1, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Ross Petersen has expressed a willingness and desire to continue serving on the PFD Board of Directors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby reappoints Ross Petersen to the PFD Board of Directors to serve a four-year term expiring August 31, 2029.
