LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE HISTORIC COURTHOUSE MASONRY REHABILITATION PROJECT, PHASE 2
WHEREAS, Lewis County was awarded Historic Courthouse Grant funding for the purpose of repairing and rehabilitating the Historic Courthouse; and
WHEREAS, a scope of work and specifications were developed and approved by the Department of Archeology and Historic Preservation, and a call for bids was issued using the MRSC Small Works process; and
WHEREAS, the bids received were as follows:

WHEREAS, D&R Masonry Restoration Inc. submitted the lowest apparent bid and meets all the responsive requirements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Historic Courthouse Masonry Rehabilitation Project be awarded to D&R Masonry Restoration Inc. in the amount of $99,000.00; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Capital Facilities Manager is hereby authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).
