Summary:Call for bids were issued by the BOCC on January 13, 2020 by Resolution No. 20-006 for the purchase of one new UBIT (Under Bridge Inspection Trailer). The proposal was advertised in the Chronicle and the Lewis County website. Public Works received two responsive bids on February 4, 2020.

LISTING OF BIDS AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR ONE NEW UNDER BRIDGE INSPECTION TRAILER
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 20-006, calls for bids were issued January 13, 2020, for one new Under Bridge Inspection Trailer; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted by contractors as follows:
- Anderson Hydra Platform ------- $199,778.73 (Low responsive bid)
- Technology International Inc. --- $251,443.50
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a contract for the purchase of one new Under Bridge Inspection Trailer be awarded to Anderson Hydra Platform in the amount of $199,778.73 to be purchased with FEMA funds. Upon presentation of contracts acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners, the Director of Public Works (or his designee) is authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
