Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) established compensation for Extra Help employees on the Lewis County Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid); and

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Salary Grid places all casual employees in one salary classification; and

WHEREAS, some casual positions at times will require pay above the casual classification pay scale; and

WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Division of the Public Works Department is requesting that a casual Community Outreach Worker be placed on the Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that the casual Community Outreach Worker position be placed at Grade 15 on the Lewis County Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid).
