LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE 2025 CHIP SEAL ROCK PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued February 27, 2025, for the 2025 Chip Seal Rock Proposal; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations from the contractors - plus Lewis County hauling costs -- are as follows:

WHEREAS, Good Crushing Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the 2025 Chip Seal Rock Proposal project shall be awarded to Good Crushing Inc. in the amount of $282,975.00 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
