WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) created the East Lewis County Public Development Authority (ELCPDA) via Ordinance 1149 on May 20, 1996; and

WHEREAS, the terms for three ELCPDA board members -- F. Lee Grose, Fred Morton and Amy Besunder -- are set to expire April 1, 2025; and

WHEREAS, F. Lee Grose, Fred Morton and Amy Besunder have expressed a willingness to continue serving on the board; and

WHEREAS, Ordinance 1149 established staggered three-year terms for the members of the Board of Directors; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to reappoint the interested parties to the ELCPDA Board of Directors.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED F. Lee Grose and Fred Morton are hereby reappointed to the ELCPDA Board of Directors for three-year terms to expire April 1, 2028; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED Amy Besunder is hereby reappointed to the ELCPDA Board of Directors for the remainder of her position's term, which expires April 1, 2026.
