Resolution

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 24-363, Directors, Administrators, or designee may sign procurement contracts, amendments, and change orders that total or create a cumulative project total of $50,000 to $350,000, provided that the contract or amendment is approved by the BOCC via resolution; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County desires to procure a consultant to perform geotechnical evaluation and design of roadways, bridges, public works facilities, emergency type responses, slide investigations, and a variety of other types of work; and

WHEREAS, Consultant Agreement GEO2025 was entered into between Lewis County Public Works, and Sage Geotechnical, LLC, in the amount of $350,000.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the consultant agreement GEO2025, previously executed by the Public Works Director, is hereby ratified by the Board of County Commissioners.
