LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE BUNKER CREEK ROAD HMA PROJECT, CRP 2209
WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued December 18, 2024, for the Bunker Creek Road HMA Project, CRP 2209; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from the contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Lakeside Industries, Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid of $309,936.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Bunker Creek Road HMA Project, CRP 2209, shall be awarded to Lakeside Industries, Inc. in the amount of $309,936.00 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
