Resolution
ESTABLISH THE SOLID WASTE EQUIPMENT RESERVE
WHEREAS, Lewis County Solid Waste Disposal District #1 has established the Solid Waste Equipment reserve via Resolution No. 002-24; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 002-24 was established to approve equipment rates for all Lewis County Solid Waste equipment; and
WHEREAS, equipment rates will be approved annually through the budget process.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Board of Lewis County Commissioners hereby acknowledge and authorize the establishment of the Lewis County Solid Waste Equipment reserve to be held in the Solid Waste Capital Reserve Fund No. 4020.
