ACCEPT GRANT FROM WSAC FOR ENERGY AUDITS IN THE LAW & JUSTICE CENTER AND HISTORIC COURTHOUSE
WHEREAS, Lewis County has received a grant to perform energy audits in the Law & Justice Center and Historic Courthouse to determine a path for compliance with the Washington State Clean Buildings Standard from the Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC); and
WHEREAS, the contract for the award has been prepared and signed by the WSAC Interim Executive Director Derek Young.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) accepts this award and authorizes the BOCC Chair to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
