RATIFY SIGNATURE FOR THE TWIN CITIES SENIOR CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Facilities Department has determined the roof on the Twin Cities Senior Center Building is in need of replacement; and
WHEREAS, a bid call was issued using the Small Works roster process on April 26, 2024, and the responses were as follows:

WHEREAS, Safecover Roofing has submitted the lowest responsible bid of $52,500.00 plus tax and permit fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies the signature of the Facilities Administrator on the contract with Safecover Roofing - in the amount of $52,500.00 plus tax and permit - to complete the Roof Replacement Project.
